With “Follow-up Payments”, you track – at any moment - the contents and signing of the electronic 'envelopes' containing your payment orders: type of order, number of files included, creation date and stage in the payment process.
The system is designed to make things as easy as possible. Unsigned envelopes will be filed in a specific directory. Envelopes requiring more than one signature will automatically be shown to all authorised signatories. All functions are certified and secured digitally.
